The oil-gas separator can separate the crude and associated gas generated from the oil well. It can separate the compressor lubricant from the oil-gas mixture, and then clear lubricating oil particles in the compression air. Various separators produced by our company meet the quantity requirement of national technical standards.
Separation process:
The oil-gas mixture gets into the oil tank along the outside wall tangent of the separator. 80%-90% oil is separated from the oil-gas mixture (centrifugal separation). The rest (10%-20%) oil sticks on the outside wall of the separator to be separated (gravitational separation). Little oil gets into interior of the oil-gas separator (defibration), finally being pressed to the screw rod cavity through the oil return pipe.
