Stable Way Ball Indicator

The way ball indicator is mainly used for displaying the passing time of pig and alarming. The user can look over the situation of way ball through this indicator at any time. The indicator has digital display and clear display. Additionally the output signal is provided. The mechanical sinker bar is touched off when the pig passes. The micro-switch is touched to give out the signal of close or open, and then the clock on the machine base stops. Simultaneously the signal can be transported to the upper monitor. The mechanical section resets automatically and the instrument section resets by manual control. It is easy and convenient to operate.

Application:

1 It is installed at the end of the launcher to indicate that whether the launching is completed.

2 The indicator is installed at the front end of the receiver to indicate that whether the pig gets into the receiver.

3 The indicator is installed on the long-transport pipeline to monitor the passing situation of pig by section.

4 This indicator is suitable for the situation of electrical explosion proof.
