Features of insulating joint:

The insulating joint of gas transportation pipeline adopts integrated extrusion-welding, not bolt or flange welding. The insulating joint slaps the insulating material and sealing material into the sleeve, and then fixes them. After installing the insulating joint, inner components are fixed at relevant position. Under soil pressure and prescript operation pressure of pipeline, as well as water pressure test in the factory or at the spot, the whole insulating joint keeps well. The sealing parts of insulating joint are close to the insulating plate in the joint. It has everlasting elasticity. Because two sides of sealing part directly touch with the exposed metal surface without moving, tightness of joint is ensured.
