The clip-type quick open blind plate has the function of secure self-locking, that not only prevents the blind plate from slipping out while locking, also avoid danger while opening blind plate with pressure.
It is widely used in the areas, such as natural gas, chemical industry, metallurgy and medicine.
Structure features of clip-type quick open blind plate:
1 There is no relative motion between sealing surface of blind plate and sealing ring. The sealing ring is not easy to damage. So the whole system has better sealing effect.
2 The trilobite clip-type achieves self motion and stress, decreases the length of open screw, to make the switch more flexible and reliable.
3 The stressed area of bite teeth is simultaneously enlarged (occlusion area is more than 90%), that is more suitable for natural gas pipeline of high pressure and large caliber. Main pressure-bearing parts adopt 20# or 16Mn forged steel overall processing. The main pressure-bearing parts have no welded part.
